Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase. By placing an order with Got Ink you are agreeing to the following;

Return & Exchange Policy

At Got Ink, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All prints are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you are not completely happy with your print, please contact us immediately. We will then work with each customer on a case-by-case basis. In some instances it may be necessary for Got Ink to replace/exchange prints. Got Ink does not offer refunds. Here are our general guidelines in regards to Got Ink's return and exchange policy:

    * If prints are damaged when received, the customer must advise Got Ink within 7 business days and photos taken of damaged print(s) and box/packaging.
    * Damaged prints need to be returned to Got Ink for inspection before replacements can be submitted. In some cases Got Ink may waive this requirement. The customer will be advised of their requirements when they contact Got Ink to advise of the damage. All damaged products and packaging will need to be retained for our courier’s insurance requirements.
    * Got Ink is not responsible for damage to prints after they have been delivered.
    * Got Ink does not take any responsibility for differences in colour tones or hues than expected.
    * Replacements will not be issued due to reasons, including but is not limited to incorrect file uploaded, size discrepancies due to customer error, smudges or dust spots on prints, direct exposure to the elements such as heat & moisture, late deliveries or change of mind.

Prices & Payment Terms

All prices quoted are Goods and Service Tax (GST) inclusive @ 10%. Exports are GST exempt. All prices are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change. Full payment is required before production starts on your canvas print. We do not offer term accounts. Your order will commence once payment is confirmed and cleared. No order will be delivered without full payment being made.

Copyright

Got Ink strictly abides by Australian Copyright Law in that the copyright of images belongs to the photographer of that image. We will not print any images if we suspect you are not the rightful copyright owner of the image. File images uploaded to our system will be securely stored and Got Ink will not reproduce, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your images without your express permission. All website content and images on Got Ink's website are covered under Australian Copyright Law and must not be copied or used without our written permission.

General

Your use and access to Got Ink's website is bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and your continued use of the website is your acceptance of these terms.
