Who is Got Ink?
Got Ink is a family-owned Brisbane-based business that was established in 2007. We transformed our custom t-shirt printing business to canvas printing in 2009, and have never looked back!
Why should I buy from Got Ink?
We 'get' it! Canvas prints are special and personal items, so we apply the upmost care and attention to detail when producing your print. We also employ only superior materials and cutting-edge printing technology to produce vibrant, quality, long-lasting prints.
What is canvas printing?
Our printing process is known as Giclée (pronounced "zhee-clay") Canvas Printing - creating reproductions of your artwork, photographs or computer-generated art onto canvas. Your image is printed onto digital artist canvas which is then stretched, or gallery-wrapped, onto a frame.

What are the image requirements?
We accept JPEG, JPG, TIFF, PNG, GIF, EPS, and PSD file types, with a minimum pixel quality of 150 DPI (Dots Per Inch).

Be sure to sufficiently prepare your image by cropping, rotating and scaling it to the canvas size, orientation (portrait or landscape), ratio (1:1 for square prints, 6:4 for rectangle prints and 3:1 for panorama prints) and configuration you wish to order.
Do you enhance / fix / resize images?
If your image(s) require retouching or resizing, please contact us for a quote.
What things should I consider when ordering my canvas print?
* Measure your wall space to ensure you order the correct canvas size, as we do not offer refunds or replacements if you order the incorrect size.
* Upload a high quality image.
* Crop, rotate and scale your image to the canvas size, orientation (portrait or landscape) and ratio you wish to order, e.g. 1:1 for square prints, 6:4 for rectangle prints and 3:1 for panorama prints.
* Convert your image to your desired colour before uploading, e.g. black and white, sepia, full colour, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both PayPal and Direct Debit. If you require to pay via another method, please contact us.
Can I pick-up my print?
Yes. If you're located in Brisbane, you can pick-up your print from Ferny Grove. We will send you our address and arrange a pick-up time once your print is ready. No charge applies for pick-ups.
Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but we do not deliver internationally at this time. We do however deliver Australia-wide.
When will my canvas print arrive?
Your canvas print will be delivered after your payment is processed. Delivery times depend on where you are located, but we aim to deliver your canvas print within 7-14 working days of you ordering it.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us.
What if my canvas print is damaged during shipping?
If your canvas print is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item with an undamaged one.

Please send us a photo of the damaged goods, along with any related documentation for insurance purposes, and we will send you further instructions.
What if I'm not completely happy with my canvas print?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority! All prints are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you are not completely happy with your print, please contact us immediately. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions to review our Return & Exchange Policy.
How do I care for my canvas print?
Avoid placing canvas prints near direct heat sources or in damp places for any significant length of time, e.g. bathrooms. Also be careful not to lean anything against the canvas material as it may leave an imprint.

If your canvas print appears dirty, simply give your print a light dusting or wipe very gently with a slightly damp cloth. Please do not use any solvents or cleaning chemicals as they may damage the protective laquer coating on the canvas.
Do you print anything else?
Canvas printing is our primary focus, however our printer is pretty flexible and also prints vinyl decals (for walls, cars, laptops, iPhones, you name it!) and large posters / banners / stickers. Please contact us for more information and a quote.
